Welcome to MindsFocus. By accessing or using our mental focus practice services, infoproducts, and physical items, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

MindsFocus offers guided mental focus practice sessions, digital training materials, and tangible tools to support concentration and mindfulness. These terms apply to all offerings made available on MindsFocus.click.

2. Offerings

2.1 Mental Focus Practice Sessions

Sessions are available one-on-one or in small groups, conducted online or at a specified location.

Scheduling: You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before its start time without extra charge. To request a new time slot, submit a notice via our contact form.

Cancellation and Refunds: If you cancel more than 48 hours before a session, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for refunds, as coach time has already been allocated. Failure to attend without notice forfeits any refund due to coach reservation.

2.2 Infoproducts

Infoproducts include e-books, video courses, audio guides, and similar downloadable or streaming content.

Access and Support: After purchase, you will receive access instructions. If you encounter issues, please reach out via our contact form.

Refund Policy: You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase provided you have not viewed or downloaded more than half of the content. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

2.3 Physical Items

Physical items include journals, workbooks, and other mindfulness aids.

Inspection: Inspect all packages upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days using our contact form.

Refund or Exchange: Eligible items that remain in original, unused condition may qualify for a refund request within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs for sending items back are the responsibility of the sender. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund via your original payment method within 10 business days.

3. Refund and Rescheduling Details

To request any reimbursement or to rearrange a session, please submit your request through the contact form. Approved requests will be credited back through the same payment provider used at purchase. Processing may take up to 10 business days.

Certain promotional or premium packages may explicitly state "no refunds." Such notices will be clearly displayed during the purchase process due to the special pricing and scheduling constraints that apply.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MindsFocus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules.
